Welcome to DrSusanBlock.tv (“DrSuzy.TV,” “we,” “us”), operated by Block Entertainment Group. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility — You Must Be 18+

This website contains adult-oriented, sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access it. By entering, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age and that viewing such material is lawful in the location where you are situated.

2. Free Access & Membership

Most shows on DrSuzy.TV can be viewed for free. Membership is optional: it supports the production of the show and removes on-site interruptions (such as subscribe reminders). Membership plans are:

• Monthly — $7.00 per month
• Annual — $71.88 per year (equal to $5.99 per month)

3. Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal

Membership is a recurring subscription. When you join, your payment method is charged the plan price, and it will automatically renew and be charged again at the start of each billing period — every month for the Monthly plan, or every year for the Annual plan — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges to your payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Membership Account page, or by contacting us. When you cancel:

• Your membership remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• You do not lose access to your account. You may still log in and view the site. Only the membership benefits end — the ad-free, interruption-free experience stops, and the standard free-viewer experience (including subscribe reminders) resumes.

5. Refunds

All charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for the current or any partial billing period, for unused time, or for benefits not used. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal date.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You are responsible for keeping your payment information current so your membership can renew.

7. Your Account & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, or publicly perform content from the site, and not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Block Entertainment Group and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is,” for entertainment and educational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or other professional advice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
